Hi I’m Benny Russell,

An AIPP Photographer / Creative Director / Producer / Heartfelt.org.au Volunteer / Studio Founder / Harley Rider / Typography Lover / Inner Westie.

Born and raised in Sydney, Australia, I graduated in Graphic Design from Billy Blue College of Design. Working in the Creative Industry, specifically Advertising, I have had a very exposed and varied career. I found a canvas to explore the boundaries of commercial design and creative production. This is where I developed an awareness of the crucial importance of good photography.

In 2004 I launched a Photographic Studio to service the needs of the Agency. Ten plus years later, I continue to work in the Marketing & Advertising industry specialising in Commercial Photography.

I've led the creation of campaigns for local and international clients and have a strong network of some of the best strategists, art directors, designers, retouchers, and general problem-solvers around Australia.
